Thank you for your voice yoga session - a first for me. Your very beautiful controlled voice quietly leading me to clear my thoughts and concentrate on being in the moment was a very moving experience and liberating. Sitting doing yoga in the early morning on the veranda watching and hearing the cows eat was magical. Under your instruction I have awakened muscles that have lain dormant for years and now hope to make this a more regular event.
